Building on the foundation laid out in level I, Transformational Leadership Level II will delve deeper into being an effective leader in a business or organization. In this program, you’ll learn about what it takes to effectively lead a team of people, how to build a defined corporate culture, how to enhance the compassionate side of your role as a leader, and how to coach your team members. You will also delve into productivity strategies designed to improve your effectiveness as well as how to create habit stacks to enhance your productivity as a leader.
A 40-hour course that runs same time, same day for 10 weeks.
