Communication Skills for Leaders Level 1 provides a comprehensive look into how to apply best practices in workplace communication, allowing leaders to truly engage with their team. This program helps leaders develop the ability to recognize the non-verbal cues that accompany verbal communication, actively listen to others in order to understand their point of view, identify the four main communication styles, recognize triangulation in the workplace and handle difficult conversations. Additionally, we cover how to apply best practices in workplace communication for different generations, allowing leaders to create a more inclusive and harmonious work environment.
