I’m able to do my own bookkeeping and basic accounting, website design and maintenance; and I’ve even learned legal essentials which allows me to draft standard contracts and only pay for legal advice as necessary.

The Microsoft Excel course provided new skills and honed old ones to make working with Excel more efficient and time-friendly. The instruction was great and supported all skill levels as the group worked through exercises together. If you use Excel this course is for you as there are so many shortcuts/new skills that you will learn to make your Excel life easier.

The Customer Service Course offers great insights and a solid refresher on what true customer service is, what our role is, and how to deal with difficult situations/conversations. This is a great course and one which I’m sure anyone could find useful.

I would encourage all new business owners to take Legal Essentials. The resources, templates, and advice provided have saved me hundreds – if not thousands – of dollars. Having the ability to download the resources, and to save them for future reference, is incredibly valuable. I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed the experience!
